CrossFit NoDa Fundamentals

All new CrossFit NoDa athletes are required to attend the fundamental classes to become familiar with the CrossFit training methodology. This 3 week class will cover the basic movements used during a typical workout. You will learn proper technique to ensure your safety while training. Check out the 'Upcoming Events' tab on the right of the page to find out when the next class is scheduled.

Athletes with previous CrossFit experience may test out of the fundamental class.

Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7am, 9am, 5pm, or 8pm.

CrossFit NoDa fundamentals is $150.

Private fundamental classes are now available! 


CrossFit NoDa

CrossFit NoDa classes are limited to small groups of people, increasing quality attention by the coaches for each athlete. Working out with a group of people, you will find yourself pushing harder than ever before, challenging yourself, and achieving goals you previously thought you couldn't!


Monday - Friday at 6am, 10am, 6pm, and 7pm

Saturday at 10am


Unlimited Individual = $150/month

Unlimited Family(2) = $250/month

12 months prepaid receive 15% discount

Drop Ins: daily = $20, weekly = $55, 12 class card = $200

This is an uncoached session

Monday - Friday 6-8am, 10a-1pm, 6-9pm  (Friday close at 8pm)

Personal Training
One on one sessions are available and can be tailored to your fitness goals.

Individual = $60/hour, $40/half hour

2 athletes = $80/hour, $50/half hour
