3rd Wheel

New WODs on the Block will invade CrossFit NoDa on Saturday, February 10, 2018. This will be a 3 person team with 2M/1F or 2F/1M. All movements will be taken from workouts from previous CrossFit Opens. 

Registration will be available on December 6, 2017.
