Monthly Athletic Skills Development

It's time to get out of your comfort level. Each month we will choose two to four (2 - 4) movements to train and/or practice. We will work on this during our open times between the warmup and WODs, time permitting. Beginning and end of month test/retest will be less than 5min each.

 

October will focus on pressing, running, and crossover symmetry.
