Getting Started

Stop by the gym anytime to discuss your fitness goals. CrossFit is scalable to maximize the current fitness levels of everyone willing to learn The Art of Fitness. All movements can be adjusted to accomadate any experience level.

Progress through the fundamentals class to develop a solid foundation of CrossFit movements. This is required of all new athletes interested in continuing with CrossFit NoDa. These classes will go over the CrossFit methodology and teach proper mechanics of the exercises that you will use in the group class. Fundamental classes are Mon, Tues, and Thurs at 7am, 9am, 5pm, or 8pm. Please speak with a Coach to get scheduled into the next session.
